All items featured on Love for Jewellery are designed and personally hand made.

The only method of payment on Love for Jewellery is PayPal, by either PayPal account or debit/credit card.  No cash or cheques accepted.

Your contact for purchasing and any questions is Love for Jewellery and all emails will be answered within twenty fours hours of receipt of email – unless otherwise stated on the Contact page.

I try to ensure all prices on the website are correct, however errors may occur. If an error is found in an order you have placed you will be informed immediately and given the option to proceed or cancel your order, with full refund if necessary. If I am unable to contact you the order will be treated as cancelled, until you inform Love for Jewellery any differently.

Email will be used as the main method of communication.

Ensure all contact details supplied to Love for Jewellery are correct and sufficient funds are available to cover the amount of goods bought.

If, for any reason, you wish to return items you have bought the price of the item at time of sale will be refunded, however postage will not, up to seven days from purchase. All items must be returned in the same condition they were despatched otherwise a refund will not be given.

You agree that any comments or feedback sent to Love for Jewellery can be published for as long as Love for Jewellery see sufficient.

Love for Jewellery will despatch items within twenty four to seventy two hours of your purchase, unless otherwise stated at time of acknowledgement. All orders will be acknowledged with an email.
